How does it work?
Rich in vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as essential minerals like magnesium, iron, potassium, and calcium, Nettle and Raspberry Leaf provide everything a new mom needs to replenish her nutrient stores after childbirth. By restoring these vital nutrients, mothers ensure their babies receive an adequate supply through breastfeeding, preventing the baby from depleting the mother’s reserves. Preparation
- Add 3-4 heaping tablespoons to an empty quart size Mason jar.
- Fill the Mason jar with boiling water and cover. Let infuse for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8 hours on the counter overnight.
- In the morning strain and enjoy!
**If there is any tea left over, you can store it in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Dosage
If you were drinking Labor Prep Tea throughout pregnancy, continue to drink 1 qt (1 liter) of Postpartum Tea per day. If youโre new to the protocol, begin with 1 cup per day for the first week, then increase to 2 cups daily the following week. Continue to gradually increase the amount until you reach 4 cups per day. Drink every day during the 4th trimester and beyond to continue to nourish your body as you heal and transition into your new role as mama.
